This woman was displaced from her home by Hurricane Irma. She was living in her car for days trying to scrape up money to get back home. The CHF filled her tank up, received a gas and food gift card so she could make it home.

This couple was pan handling because they were out of gas and trying to make it to Texas. His mother needed help taking care of his autistic brother. Easy fix with a full tank of gas.

Food Lion on Spring Street donated a Christmas tree to a needy family that I was helping, otherwise they would not have Christmas.

Homeless and displaced. She needed to be at her son's side for emergency surgery in Mississippi. The CHF provided her transportation to Mississippi.

The homeless woman needed a bike and a warm blanket. The CHF was able to provide this to her.

After interviewing his woman, she was not homeless, but passing through. She wanted food for her trip to Knoxville. The CHF provided food to her.

This woman ran out of gas in Algood. She had been sleeping in her truck for a few days. She needed gas to get back to Kentucky. The CHF filled her tank up and gave her a food gift card.

Engine belt broke and left stranded off of I-40. The man was broke and slept in the truck all night in frigid temps. The CHF had him towed to a repair shop and got him fixed up so he could drive back home.

The Cookeville Human Fund got them gased up, children thawed out and back headed to Knoxville.
